04:49 PM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) said Monday that three-year data from the Phase 3 GALAXI 2 and 3 studies showed durable efficacy and a consistent safety profile for Tremfya, guselkumab, in adults with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease. The Week 144 long-term extension results, being presented at the American College of Gastroenterology annual meeting, showed sustained clinical and endoscopic outcomes across both maintenance regimens, 100 mg every eight weeks and 200 mg every four weeks, the company said. At Week 144, 94% of patients on the every-eight-week regimen and 91% on the every-four-week regimen achieved clinical remission, based on as-observed data, according to the company. Endoscopic remission was achieved by 52% and 61%, respectively. J&J said 74% of Tremfya-treated patients remained on treatment through three years, and that safety findings were consistent with the drug's established profile.
