Will the fifth try get Apple shares over the $5 trillion market capitalization mark?
The iPhone maker's stock crossed that threshold for the fifth time earlier today. It did the same on four other occasions, twice in July and twice in September, but it has yet to close a day with a $5 trillion market cap, Dow Jones Market Data points out.
Apple shares recently traded at $340.45. They need to close above $342.60 to hit the closing milestone. (The shares traded as high as $342.63 earlier today).
