Watsco Closes Acquisition of Granite Group

03:18 PM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Watsco (WSO) closed its acquisition of Granite Group, a Concord, New Hampshire-based distributor of plumbing and heating, ventilation and air conditioning products, for an undisclosed amount. Granite, which posted a 10% annual compounded growth rate in sales since 2010, will operate as an independent business under its existing management, Watsco said Monday in a statement.
