Dauch Names Nathan Iles as CFO, Christopher May as Chief Administrative Officer

12:20 PM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dauch (DCH) said Monday it has named Nathan Iles as its chief financial officer, starting Dec. 1. Iles will succeed Christopher May, who will become executive vice president and chief administrative officer, the company said. Iles is set to join Dauch on Nov. 2 as senior vice president of finance and will assume the CFO role following the transition of responsibilities, according to Dauch. Iles most recently served as CFO at Standard Motor Products, the company added. Dauch shares were down 3.5% in Monday trading. Price: 5.47, Change: -0.20, Percent Change: -3.53
