Volato Secures Up to $1 Billion Equity Facility to Support Expansion Plans

08:41 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Volato (SOAR) said Monday that it has signed an agreement with an institutional investor for an equity facility of up to $1 billion to fund the expansion of its AI infrastructure platform. The company said it has sole discretion over share sales and no obligation to use the facility. Volato said it expects to use the proceeds to support the expansion of its Ohio campus and develop additional AI infrastructure locations. The company said it is in active discussions with prospective customers for its available and planned capacity.
