Harmony Biosciences Promotes COO Peter Anastasiou to President, CEO

07:38 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Harmony Biosciences (HRMY) said Monday that Peter Anastasiou, currently chief operating officer, has been named president and CEO, effective Jan. 1. Anastasiou succeeds Jeffrey Dayno, who is retiring. Dayno will serve as a non-executive advisor to the company throughout 2027, the company said. Harmony also reiterated its full-year 2026 net revenue guidance of $1.0 billion to $1.04 billion for its cataplexy treatment Wakix Shares of Harmony Biosciences were down 3.7% pre-bell.
