Robo.ai Unit ALIF Plans to Establish Composites Subsidiary in UAE

06:32 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Robo.ai's (AIIO) majority-owned ALIF unit plans to establish a subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates, the company said Monday. ALIF Composites aims to start production in Q4 and reach an annual manufacturing capacity of 10 million square meters of composite raw materials next year, the company said. The company plans to operate at the ALIF Holding Group Industrial Park in Umm Al Quwain, Robo.ai said. Robo.ai said the new subsidiary's planned portfolio includes carbon fiber composites, prepregs, custom components and engineering services for marine, mobility, energy and industrial clients.
