06:22 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sunshine Biopharma (SBFM) Sunshine Biopharma closed its previously announced public offering with gross proceeds to the company of around $6.0 million, the company said Friday. The offering consisted of 10.9 million common units or pre-funded units, with each consisting of a share or pre-funded warrant and two warrants to purchase a share at an initial exercise price of $0.66, the company said. The public offering was $0.55 per share, the company said.
