Integra LifeSciences Prices $450 Million in Senior Secured Notes Due 2033

06:11 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Integra LifeSciences (IART) said Monday it priced $450 million in senior secured notes at a 9.5% interest rate, maturing in 2033. The notes will constitute general senior secured obligations of the company and will be guaranteed by its wholly owned domestic subsidiaries that also guarantee its senior secured credit facilities, Integra said. The offering is expected to close on or around Oct. 19, subject to customary conditions, it said. Integra said it plans to use the proceeds, along with borrowings under new credit facilities, to refinance existing credit facilities and cover related fees and expenses.
