05:18 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies (TTE) and KKR (KKR) have signed a $1.2 billion enterprise value agreement to add 700 megawatts to the 50/50 solar power generation joint-venture they created in the US last year, the companies said Monday. The joint venture currently produces 1.4 gigawatts, the companies said. The expansion impacts three utility scale solar assets in Texas and in Ohio which are expected to reach commercial operation by Q1 2027, the companies said.
