Australia's Domino's Loses Bull on Recent Rally -- Market Talk
Dow Jones2026/10/11 23:322332 GMT - The recent rally in shares of Domino's Pizza Enterprises costs the Australian fast-food provider a bull at UBS. Lowering his recommendation on the stock to neutral from buy, analyst Shaun Cousins tells clients in a note that risk reward now looks balanced to him. He acknowledges that management's renewed focus on the profitability of the chain's franchisees is weighing on sales but says this profitability is most important. He sees the overall takeout market recovering from FY 2028 but still sees execution risk at Domino's regarding the pace of sales growth. UBS raises its target price on the stock 4.5% to 23.00 Australian dollars. Shares are down 2.3% at A$21.69. (stuart.condie@wsj.com)
