Standard Motor Products CFO Nathan Iles Resigns; James Burke Takes Interim Role

04:55 PM EDT, 10/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Standard Motor Products (SMP) Chief Financial Officer Nathan Iles is resigning effective Oct. 30 to become CFO at another public company. James Burke, 70, was appointed interim CFO until a permanent successor is appointed, the company said Friday in a regulatory filing. Burke became an executive adviser in June after serving as chief operating officer, the company said.
