Adastra Acquires Poland-Based Infinite Services

09:40 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Carlyle's (CG) Adastra said Tuesday it has acquired Poland-based enterprise data and AI company Infinite Services. Infinite Services is a Snowflake (SNOW) Premier Partner and 2025 CEE AI Data Cloud Partner of the Year, Adastra said. The acquisition adds a team in Poland, expands Snowflake capabilities, and brings 24/7 delivery operations across Poland, India and the Philippines, Adastra added.
