Avalanche Price Prediction October 2026: Can AVAX Reach $13 or Fall to $9 in October?

Avalanche price prediction for October stays bullish above $10.40, the level AVAX needs to hold to keep its September breakout intact.

AVAX can reach the upper trendline near $12.20, but it has to keep climbing to get there, since it trades near $11.24, up 0.94% today, between two narrowing lines. The lower line near $10.80 rises about 8 cents a day, so a flat price would meet it within a week. The two lines meet near $12.80 around the end of October, which forces a breakout one way or the other. A daily close above $12.00, the September 30 high, would put the upper line in reach and open $13.

Support starts at the 20-day EMA at $10.40, followed by the 50-day at $9.14 and the 200-day at $8.97, which the 50-day has just moved above. The 100-day at $8.43 is still lower. RSI at 66.20 is below 70 after peaking above 80 in September, which leaves some room before the rally looks overheated.

South Korea’s Financial Services Commission has published rules that let stocks, bonds and funds be issued and circulated on-chain from February 2027, in a stock market worth more than $5 trillion. The Korea Securities Depository, which the rules name as the link between traditional markets and blockchain, is at the center of the plan, and Avalanche says the depository is already building a connection to its network.

The rollout will be gradual, according to a report published October 3, starting with a limited set of asset classes while regulators test the infrastructure and investor protections. For AVAX holders, that makes this a real but distant opening, because the depository link is Avalanche’s own claim, and neither source says it is live or that the AVAX token would be needed to use it.

Avalanche added $245.5 million of tokenized stock market cap in September, more than any other chain, led by Securitize. That is about 70% more than second-place BNB Chain and roughly 35% of the growth across the eight chains in Avalanche’s chart.

Grayscale’s Avalanche Staking ETF (GAVA) added Anchorage Digital as a custodian alongside Coinbase, which remains the primary one, in an 8-K filing dated October 5. 

The agreement was signed September 29, and the sponsor can split the fund’s AVAX between the two custodians at its discretion, which the filing frames as risk management as the fund grows. It is housekeeping rather than demand, since the filing says nothing about inflows.

AVAX holds the 20-day EMA at $10.40, closes a day above $12.00 and then clears the upper line near $12.20. That opens $13.00, with the South Korea rules and Avalanche’s tokenized stock lead adding to the adoption story.

AVAX loses the rising lower line near $10.80 and the 20-day EMA at $10.40, which would end the narrowing pattern to the downside. A daily close below the 50-day EMA at $9.14 would expose the 200-day EMA at $8.97 and the 100-day at $8.43.

AVAX could extend toward $12.20 and then $13.00 if it holds above $10.40 and closes above $12.00. A daily close below the 50-day EMA at $9.14 would put the 200-day EMA at $8.97 in play.

Will Avalanche reach $15 or $20 in October?

It is unlikely from the current setup. $15 would need a gain of about 34% from $11.24, and $20 would need about 78%. The upper trendline only reaches about $12.80 by month-end, and the $12.00 September high is the highest price on the chart.

Yes, if it loses the rising lower line near $10.80 and the 20-day EMA at $10.40. $10 is a drop of about 11%, and the late-September pullback low sits near that level.
