Evernorth’s reported Nasdaq debut on October 8 has drawn attention from crypto enthusiast Kenny Nguyen, who highlighted the date and trading time for the XRP-focused treasury company. The development could give investors another way to access an XRP-related investment through a publicly traded company.

Nguyen wrote in a tweet, “Next Thursday, October 8, 2026.. EVERNORTH XRP TREASURY (XRPN) GO LIVE ON NASDAQ AT 9:30 AM ET/ 6:30 AM PT..XRP ON WALL STREET. LOCK IN”

Nguyen’s post points to October 8, 2026, and identifies 9:30 AM ET, or 6:30 a.m. PT, as the expected start time. He also described the development as “XRP ON WALL STREET,” emphasizing the connection between the XRP treasury strategy and the traditional U.S. stock market.

The attached Securities and Exchange Commission filing shows Evernorth Holdings Inc. as the registrant in an Amendment No. 5 to its Form S-4 registration statement. The company filed the amendment with the SEC on July 29, 2026.

Commenter Highlights Institutional XRP Access

The post generated several different reactions. XRPBROJJEDAN compared the potential development with what he called the “MicroStrategy” effect.

That structure could also give institutional investors a familiar equity instrument to consider when assessing exposure to an XRP treasury strategy.

Nguyen, meanwhile, kept his message focused on the expected Nasdaq debut and its potential significance for XRP exposure within traditional financial markets.

XRP Community Offers Different Views

Nguyen’s post ultimately centers on October 8. If XRPN begins trading on Nasdaq as he stated, the debut would give the market a publicly traded company focused on an XRP treasury strategy and place that vehicle directly within the U.S. equity market.
