Federal Reserve Board announces approval of application by Isabella Bank Corporation

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced its approval of the application by Isabella Bank Corporation, of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, to acquire Grand River Commerce, Inc., and thereby indirectly acquire Grand River Bank, both of Grandville, Michigan.
The Board also gave its approval for Isabella Bank, of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, to merge with Grand River Bank, and to establish and operate branches at the locations of Grand River Bank.
