According to media reports, Tencent has signed its largest overseas leasing agreement with Oracle, with Tencent Holdings agreeing to lease multiple Oracle data centers in Southeast Asia for a five-year term. This deal allows Tencent to use approximately 100,000 high-end AI chips, with the contract estimated to be worth around $7 billion and an advance payment ratio of about 30%.
