07:17 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ares Management (ARES) said Thursday that it has raised $4.2 billion for its inaugural Ares Global Structured Solutions Fund, well ahead of its $1 billion target. The alternative investment manager said that through the fund, its Ares Private Equity Secondaries unit will seek to partner with managers looking for capital to enact their strategic objectives. It said this includes increasing general partner fund commitments, funding strategies with structured limited partner commitments, and succession plans. The Ares Private Equity Secondaries strategy falls under the Ares Secondaries Group.
