Lockheed Martin's Sikorsky, US Army Sign New Production Agreement for Black Hawk Helicopters

11:33 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lockheed Martin (LMT) said Wednesday its Sikorsky unit and the US Army have signed a new production agreement for Black Hawk helicopters that will allow the Army to add helicopters as requirements emerge. The initial agreement is for 16 helicopters for the US Army and is expected to increase by more than 100 aircraft in the coming years, the company said. Deliveries will start in 2028, it said.
