05:05 PM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FingerMotion (FNGR) said late Tuesday it has agreed to acquire Newbit Technology for $2.3 million in cash, securing the 9.9 megawatt County of Newell, Alberta, powered site. The deal is expected to close Oct. 29, the company said.
