Talen names Terry Nutt CEO effective Jan. 1, 2027; Mac McFarland retires at year-end

- Nutt has led operations and commercial activities as president since December 2025; he previously served as CFO from July 2023.
- Mac McFarland will step down as CEO at year-end 2026; he will serve as senior adviser until retiring in March 2027.
