04:53 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pearson (PSO) has agreed to acquire Workera, an AI-powered platform to verify employee skills, the company said Tuesday. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of the 60-employee company is expected to close in H2 2026. Workera uses agentic AI to measure employee proficiency. Its customers include ServiceNow, Accenture, and the US Space Force, the company said.
