Newmark appoints Mike Whitaker as group CIO

- Whitaker will lead technology, data, information strategy across the business. He will join the executive committee.
- Chief Information Officer Sridhar Potineni will report to Whitaker.
- Whitaker also serves as Group CIO at Cantor Fitzgerald. He previously served as COO.
- He joined Cantor Fitzgerald in 2024 from Citi, where he led operations and technology. He previously held senior roles at Deutsche Bank, Barclays.
