- He will join the Audit and Risk Committee, plus the Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee.
- Graves previously led Rio Tinto Lithium as CEO, following Rio Tinto’s acquisition of Arcadium Lithium.
- He earlier served as CEO of Livent, CFO of FMC, plus spent 12 years at Goldman Sachs as a partner.
