- Jamie Caulfield, former PepsiCo executive vice president and CFO, joined the board effective immediately.
- Caulfield will serve on the audit committee, also joining the nominating and governance committee.
- Michael Skipworth, Wingstop president and CEO, was elected as a new director effective immediately.
- Skipworth will sit on the audit committee, also joining the talent and compensation committee.
