Highlander Silver Eyes $330 Million Financing for Corani Silver Project in Peru

07:03 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Highlander Silver (HSLV) signed a mandate with Natixis CIB for a fully underwritten $330 million, seven-year senior secured facility to fund its Corani Silver Project in Peru, the company said Wednesday. The facility will include up to $100 million in cost-overrun funding from Highlander, to be established before the first draw, the company said. The closing is expected in Q1 2027, with Highlander retaining 100% of the Corani project's offtake rights, it added.
