LandBridge Prices $125 Million Senior Notes Offering

04:59 PM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- LandBridge Company (LB) said Tuesday its subsidiary priced $125 million offering of 6.250% senior notes due 2030 at 99.375% of par, upsizing the offering from $100 million. The offering is expected to close on Oct. 1, according to a statement. LandBridge said it intends to use the net proceeds to repay a portion of borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
