04:19 PM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BlackBerry (BB.TO, BB) division QNX and its partner Vector have signed an agreement for Coretura, a software-defined vehicle (SDV) platform company, to use its Alloy Kore software in commercial vehicles. Coretura, jointly developed by Daimler and Volvo, aims to influence how commercial vehicles are developed, deployed, and improved through software updates. Alloy Kore combines a safety-certified real-time operating system targeting the commercial vehicle sector, a statement said. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed. Blackberry shares closed up CA$0.15 to CA$12.10 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
