- Redemption set for Oct. 20, 2026; notes not converted by 5:00 p.m. New York time on Oct. 19, 2026 will be redeemed.
- Redemption price equals 100% of principal, plus accrued interest to, but excluding, the redemption date; about USD 1,000.66 per USD 1,000.
- Conversion rate is 158.7302 common shares per USD 1,000; adjusted to 165.0732 for converting holders, implying about USD 6.06 conversion price.
- Full conversion would issue up to 28,475,124 common shares, about 2.44% of shares outstanding.
