Sienna Senior Living to Acquire New Ontario Property for CA$170.7 Million

08:59 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sienna Senior Living (SIA.TO) agreed to acquire the Stonemont On the Park retirement residence in Ottawa, Ontario, for 170.7 million Canadian dollars, the company said Thursday. The transaction includes an additional CA$10.0 million earnout contingent payment. Closing is expected in the fourth quarter. Sienna plans to fund the acquisition with available cash on hand and its credit facilities. The property comprises 305 suites that are 99% occupied, according to Sienna.
