Golden Finance September 17｜American Airlines Group CEO Robert Isom stated at a JPMorgan industry conference that the company generated half of its overall revenue with only 30% of its seats. The airline plans to increase the proportion of premium seats across its entire fleet through cabin reconfiguration and the delivery of new aircraft. As these adjustments are gradually implemented, the share of these high-yield seats will continue to rise. Earlier this month, American Airlines introduced a business cabin with 70 suites on its largest aircraft, the Boeing 777-300ER. Several other planes are still awaiting similar retrofits and upgrades.
