02:54 PM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ten's (XHLD) board has authorized a new share repurchase program of up to $2 million and approved a strategic technology and engineering relationship with GLSoft, the company said Wednesday. The new program will run through Dec. 31. The board also approved terminating the company's existing buyback program administered through Bancroft Capital, it said. Meanwhile, the relationship with GLSoft will provide Ten access to engineering, software development and broader technology capabilities, the company said.
