Treasury Yields Climb as Warsh Delivers More Tough Talk on Inflation -- WSJ

Treasury yields have moved higher after Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh began his press conference. Warsh has repeatedly talked about inflation being too high-a message that could have even greater resonance to investors after he supported a rate increase for the first time as Fed leader.
Short-term yields, which are particularly sensitive to the near-term rate outlook, have led the move higher. The two-year yield was recently 4.712%, according to Tradeweb, up from 4.661% Tuesday and 4.602% just before the Fed's rate decision. The 10-year yield was still just below 5%.
