Salesforce Expands Artificial Intelligence Partnership With Siemens

09:19 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Salesforce (CRM) and Siemens said Tuesday they expanded their artificial intelligence partnership to integrate engineering data into customer service and sales systems. The software integration connects artificial intelligence agents with Siemens' lifecycle management tools to quickly resolve technical inquiries without requiring engineering consultations, the companies said. Siemens also plans to implement a digital assistant to shorten its distributor onboarding timeline from several weeks to a few days, they said. Shares of Salesforce were down 1% in Tuesday premarket activity.
