Salesforce collaborates with Nvidia, Siemens, and Google Cloud to advance AI cooperation

On September 15, Salesforce announced multiple new collaborations in the field of artificial intelligence: First, in partnership with NVIDIA, Salesforce launched KOA, the first Customer Relationship Management (CRM) inference model built on NVIDIA Nemotron large language model. Second, Salesforce deepened its AI partnership with Siemens by integrating AgentForce agents with the Teamcenter Service Lifecycle Management system. In addition, Salesforce integrated infrastructure and agents with Google Cloud to create a unified connected AI technology stack.
