Meridian Mining Added to the VanEck Junior Gold Miners ETF

07:24 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Meridian Mining (MNO.TO) was included in the VanEck Junior Gold Miners (GDXJ) Exchange Traded Fund, effective at the close of markets on Sept. 18, it said Monday. The global ETF provides investors exposure to precious metals through junior mining equities, said the company. "We believe inclusion in the GDXJ index will further improve trading liquidity increasing access to a wider universe of institutional and retail investors seeking exposure to the gold sector and that benchmark against the GDXJ," said Chief Executive Officer Gilbert Clark.
