- Offering totals 10,554,783 flow-through units, 2,788,750 hard-dollar units, 3,605,000 premium flow-through units.
- Units include one share, one-half warrant; warrants priced at C$ 0.3, expire 24 months from the final-tranche closing.
- Proceeds earmarked for exploration, working capital; paid C$ 138,186 finder fees, issued 777,394 finder warrants at C$ 0.3.
