Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission Notice on Vehicle Gasoline and Diesel Prices

To all district Development and Reform Commissions, Sinopec Shanghai Petroleum Branch, PetroChina Shanghai Sales Branch, and CNOOC Sales Shanghai Branch:According to the relevant notice from the National Development and Reform Commission, the following matters concerning the prices of automotive gasoline and diesel in this city are hereby notified:The maximum retail price for No. 89 gasoline and No. 0 diesel is set at 10,310 yuan and 9,240 yuan per ton, respectively. For the maximum retail prices of all gasoline and diesel grades, please refer to the attached document. Each refined oil retail enterprise may independently set specific retail prices, provided that they do not exceed the maximum retail price.The pricing methods for the maximum supply price and maximum wholesale price of gasoline and diesel will continue to be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of document Hu Fa Gai Jia Shang [2008] No. 019 of the Shanghai Development and Reform Commission.The above adjusted prices will take effect from 24:00 on September 11, 2026.(Shanghai Development and Reform Commission)
