04:18 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wynn Resorts (WYNN) has priced a private offering of $900 million of its 6.875% senior notes due 2035, the company said late Thursday. Net proceeds from the offering, which is set to close around Sept. 22, will be used to redeem 5.25% senior notes due 2027.
