05:47 PM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Modine Manufacturing (MOD) said late Thursday it will rebrand as Modexus Solutions after closing the spinoff of its performance technologies business and merger with Gentherm (THRM). The transaction, approved by Gentherm shareholders at a special meeting Thursday, is expected to be completed on Oct. 1, subject to closing conditions, Modine said.
