Novo Nordisk's Novo Nordisk Insulin Receives Three New Pediatric Indications Approved in China

According to Novo Nordisk (NVO.US), its long-acting growth hormone Somapacitan injection (trade name: Noriziou) has recently been approved in China for three new pediatric indications: treatment of growth retardation associated with Noonan syndrome in children aged 2.5 years and above; idiopathic short stature in children aged 2.5 years and above; and children born small for gestational age who are still short and unable to catch up in growth by age 2, for those aged 2.5 years and above. Previously, this drug had already been approved in China for the treatment of pediatric growth hormone deficiency.
