On Wednesday, Meta (META.US) opened with a gain of over 6%, marking its largest increase since August 3, and is currently trading at $640.95.
According to Jinzi Finance APP, on Wednesday, Meta (META.US) opened with a gain of over 6%, marking its largest increase since August 3, now trading at $640.95. On the news front, Meta officially launched its AI personal agent application Muse on Tuesday and, for the first time, began charging subscription fees from some users. As the artificial intelligence industry faces challenges related to safety, privacy, and significant pressure to deliver returns on massive capital expenditures, Meta is seeking to evolve AI beyond just a chat tool and turn it into a “personal agent” capable of directly performing tasks for users, aiming to make it a key product and revenue source for the company’s next phase.
Alexandr Wang, head of Meta AI, stated in an interview that Meta wants Muse to feel simple, friendly, and easy to understand for ordinary users. Although users see a simple interactive interface, behind the scenes, Muse might be carrying out complex programming tasks, building integrations between different services, and completing a large number of complex operations.
