Estee Lauder Broadens Transformation and Digital Leadership Roles

05:57 PM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Estee Lauder (EL) expanded the roles of two executives, appointing Brian Franz as chief technology and transformation officer and Amber English as president, digital and online, the Americas and global Amazon.com (AMZN) lead. Franz's remit now includes leading the company's enterprise-wide transformation, covering revenue initiatives, productivity programs and AI-enabled processes, while he continues to oversee technology, data and analytics globally, Estee Lauder said Tuesday in a statement. English assumes new enterprise-wide responsibility for Estee Lauder's global Amazon business, adding a company-wide commerce mandate to her existing digital and online leadership.
