04:49 PM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Loop Industries (LOOP) said late Tuesday it appointed Jeff Geygan as chairman of its board of directors. Founder and Chief Executive Daniel Solomita, who previously served as both chairman and CEO, will continue as CEO and a director. Geygan has served as chairman of Climb Global Solutions (CLMB) and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory (RMCF), the company said.
