U.S. stocks open with Intel up 6% on reports that CPU prices will increase by 10%

At the opening of the U.S. stock market, the Dow Jones fell 0.7%, the S&P 500 Index fell 0.1%, and the Nasdaq rose 0.08%. Qualcomm (QCOM.US) rose 5% after reaching a multi-generation product cooperation agreement with Amazon (AMZN.US). Intel (INTC.US) rose 6% on news that its CPU prices will increase by another 10%. ASML (ASML.US) rose 3.8%, and TSMC (TSM.US) rose 2.4%, as the two parties launched cooperation on high numerical aperture EUV photomasks.
