L3Harris Technologies Gets $4.7 Billion 7-Year Contract to Make PAC-3 MSE Propulsion System

09:15 AM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- L3Harris Technologies (LHX) has received a contract from Lockheed Martin (LMT) to produce propulsion systems for the PAC-3 Missile Segment Enhancement interceptor, the company said Tuesday. The contract, valued at $4.7 billion over seven years, is L3Harris Technologies' largest PAC-3 propulsion award to date, according to a statement. L3Harris Technologies said the contract supports large-scale production of the MSE interceptor's advanced two-pulse solid rocket motor, Lethality Enhancer and Attitude Control Motors.
