Baker Hughes Wins Offshore Stimulation Contract From BP

07:24 AM EDT, 09/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Baker Hughes (BKR) said Friday it won a contract from BP (BP) to provide offshore stimulation services across BP's UK North Sea operations. The company said the deal covers new well development and production improvements at mature fields. Baker Hughes said it will use its StimFORCE modular system on a dedicated vessel to support well completions and production work. The company will operate the service from its UK base and use local suppliers to support the project, it added. The company said the vessel-based setup is intended to provide operational and scheduling flexibility for stimulation work across BP's North Sea portfolio. Financial terms or duration of the contract were not disclosed.
