- Holdings in the TGS Revocable Trust rose to 615,883 shares following the transaction.
- Schwartz also reported beneficial ownership of 301,710 shares directly, 24.66 million shares via TGS Capital Group, LP, 1.95 million via TGS MCS Capital Group LP.
