The Brazilian Tax Appeals Court has overturned the previous ruling to impose a fine of 3.4 billion reais on Petrobras. This decision means that Petrobras will no longer be required to pay the substantial fine, and the related tax dispute has been temporarily resolved following the court’s final ruling.
