Everspin Technologies Working With Teledyne Unit to Drive MRAM Adoption

07:38 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Everspin Technologies (MRAM) and Teledyne Technologies' (TDY) Teledyne HiRel Semiconductors unit agreed on a strategic partnership intended to drive the adoption of Everspin's magnetoresistive RAM products in aerospace and defense applications, according to a Wednesday statement. As part of the deal, the Teledyne unit will offer Everspin's PERSYST STT-MRAM products as part of its memory products portfolio for the military and aerospace markets, the companies said. No financial details were disclosed. PERSYST MRAM products will be shipped from Teledyne HiRel Semiconductors' facility in California, with customer availability expected in Q4, according to the statement.
